Sheet-Pan Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

• 1 lb 8 oz boneless chicken thighs, sliced
• 3 bell peppers, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• salt, to taste
• 8 tortillas, warmed

Directions

1. Heat the oven to 425°F.
2. Toss the chicken, peppers and onion with the oil and spices on a large sheet pan.
3. Roast, tossing once, until the chicken is cooked through and the edges char.
   20 min timer (Cook Mode)
4. Pile into warm tortillas with your favourite toppings.
