Instant Pot Butter Chicken

Ingredients

• 700 g boneless chicken thighs, cubed
• 1 onion, diced
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 15 mL grated ginger
• 1 can crushed tomatoes, 400 g
• 30 mL garam masala
• 5 mL ground cumin
• 125 mL heavy cream
• 30 g butter
• salt, to taste

Directions

1. Sauté the onion, garlic and ginger in the butter using the pressure cooker.
   5 min timer (Cook Mode)
2. Stir in the spices, then the chicken and tomatoes.
3. Pressure-cook on high, then release, and stir through the cream.
   10 min timer (Cook Mode)
4. Season and serve with rice or naan.
