My name is Michael Courtis. I am running for school trustee in Pickering. I grew up in Pickering. I have lived in Pickering for 30 years. I went to Centennial College in accounting. I helped the schools by putting books in bags for students' pizza lunches. I play piano and clarinet.

Hi! I am running for school trustee in Pickering because I want students to finish their education and get their high school diploma. Students need to learn skills at school to make a career for themselves. Bullying has always been around, so we have to stop bullying. No one should be put down. Everyone should be treated respectfully. We lived through some difficult times because of COVID. Some of our students need mental health support. It should be provided. These are the issues I am concerned about.
